<p class="MsoNormal">UNDP Viet Nam is seeking 1 International Consultant and 1 National Consultant for Project Midterm Review of the project titled
<span style="letter-spacing:.2pt">“<i>Removing Barriers </i></span><i><span style="letter-spacing:-.05pt">Hindering Protected Area Management Effectiveness in Viet Nam</span></i><span style="letter-spacing:-.05pt">”</span>.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The MTR will <span lang="EN-GB">assess progress towards the achievement of the project objectives and outcomes as specified in the Project Document, and
