<p class="MsoNormal">Từ 11-25/3, các chuyên gia Việt Nam và Ngân hàng Thế giới sẽ chủ trì một cuộc thảo luận về giáo dục bậc cao và đổi mới sáng tạo – động lực thúc đẩy phát triển Việt Nam từ nay tới năm 2035.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Kinh nghiệm quốc tế cho thấy đổi mới sáng tạo giữ vai trò quan trọng đối với tăng trưởng kinh tế, đồng thời là yếu tố không thể thiếu góp phần tạo thêm việc làm. Nói rộng hơn, cả lý thuyết và thực tế đã qua đều cho thấy các nước sẽ đi theo
nhiều quỹ đạo phát triển khác nhau, tùy thuộc vào khả năng nhận biết và nắm bắt tiến bộ công nghệ của họ.

<p class="MsoNormal">Trong vài thập kỷ qua, thành tích tăng trưởng kinh tế ấn tượng của Việt Nam chủ yếu dựa trên vốn đầu tư và lao động. Số lao động ngày càng tăng và các công ty đầu tư ngày càng nhiều vào máy móc, thiết bị. Tăng trưởng sẽ không thể tiếp tục
theo cách truyền thống. Trong thời gian tới, tăng trưởng kinh tế sẽ phải dựa ngày càng nhiều vào tăng năng suất lao động. Động lực tăng năng suất quan trọng nhất chính là đổi mới sáng tạo, cụ thể là đổi mới sáng tạo được dẫn dắt bởi công nghệ. Ví dụ trong
nông nghiệp, kết quả nghiên cứu khoa học đã đóng góp 30% mức tăng trưởng của ngành.<o:p></o:p></p>
