</span></strong>Strengthening Institutional Capacity for Disaster Risk Management in Viet Nam, including for Climate Change Related Risks Phase II (SCDM-II).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:130%;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">The Mid-Term Review (MTR) will assess the progress of the project against stated outputs as outlined in the detailed project outline, as well as identify issues and recommend
course corrections. It will also highlight issues and challenges affecting effective and efficient implementation of outputs and their contribution to project outcomes and impact and recommend whether results obtained thus far warrant an extension of the project.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
