assessment identifies how Vietnam is addressing safeguards - what is in place to meet the Cancun safeguards, and what the gaps are on paper. In doing so, the Safeguards Roadmap v2.0 should, in its supplementary full analytical matrix, identify the provision
for information collection and reporting, already enshrined in existing national PLRs.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
