will lead the collection, cleaning and management of panel data from 2016 to
2018. Her/his tasks include the overall management of the National Research Data
Collection Center at HUAF where she/he will be supported by an administrative
assistant hired by the project. A major task is the organisation of village and
household level surveys in the three provinces including the recruitment and
training of enumerators. activities in Vietnam using the panel data. The National Research Data
Collection Center Manager may also occasionally give lectures in the academic
course program of HUAF. She/he will be supported by senior researchers from LUH

with Master degree and exceptional experiences could be considered. Extensive
field experience in the conduct of socio-economic household surveys in Vietnam
is required. Experience of working abroad would be an asset.<span id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1470982973595_5881" style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>Excellent management and communication skills
are a prerequisite. Profound knowledge in software for data base management
(Access, CSPro, SQL, STATA, etc.) is a prerequisite. The base of the position
is in Hue City but frequent travels to remote rural areas of all the three
