<b>public-private-civil society partnership</b> that supports governments accelerate reforms in sustainable water resources management for long-term development and economic growth. It does so by helping change the ‘political economy’ for water reform in the
country by convening stakeholders and by providing water resources analysis in ways applicable to politicians, administrators and business leaders outside the traditional water sector.
