(USAID) and implemented by IESC, a U.S. organization. The specific objectives of LinkSME are to (i) strengthen the SME-foreign firm business linkage framework; and (ii) enhance Vietnamese SMEs’ capacity to participate in the global value chain in five sectors.<u></u><u></u></span></p>

</span>(1 in Hanoi and 1 in HCM) <span style="color:rgb(34,34,34)">with SoW attached. </span>
The Specialists will 1) support the collection of the necessary information to update the sector assessments that were completed at proposal stage; and 2) support a team of international and local consultants who will be completing various portions of the baseline
assessment. <span style="color:rgb(34,34,34)">Period of Performance is in approximately late May – mid July 2019. International baseline team members will be in the field in mid-June. Total LOE: Up to 24 days each.</span><u></u><u></u></span></p>
