In this project, VNAH will support MOH to the development or revision of policies related to rehabilitation and insurance coverage. The Bureau of Medical Administration (MOH) plans to revise the Circular 46/2013/TT-BYT dated 31<sup>st </sup>December 2013 on function, mandates and organizational structure of rehabilitation facilities, other legal documents on medical examination and treatment, rehabilitation and guiding documents. The revision Circular is expected to empower the rehab center/facility (e.g. promotion of separate units of OT, PT, ST, orthopedic workshop in each facility; promotion of social work, information technology and quality assurance within a rehab facility: expansion of rehab services to commune health clinic); enable rehab human resource development and most importantly to make rehab services more compatible with the new insurance regulation.
