<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="VI" style="font-size:11.0pt">Helvetas Vietnam is implementing the Project “Scaling up of Ethical BioTrade initiatives within the Phyto-pharmaceutical sector in Vietnam 2016-2020” funded by EU (BioTrade EU project). The overall
objective of the project is to contribute that Vietnam is an internationally recognized supplier country of natural ingredient products for phytopharmaceutical, food and cosmetic industries – sourced and processed according to voluntary Ethical BioTrade (EBT)
standards. One of the important beneficiaries of the project is the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) working on producing and selling pharmaceutical products.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="VI" style="font-size:11.0pt">Helvetas is seeking for national organizational/individual consultant</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt">s</span><span lang="VI" style="font-size:11.0pt"> to conduct a</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt">
book</span><span lang="VI" style="font-size:11.0pt"> that</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> introduce to not only domestic readers and consumers, but also international partners, about Shan Tea - an organic specialty of Vietnam. The book aims to help the
public understand the value of ancient Shan tea area, and, the exploitation of natural Shan tea should be coupled with conservation to avoid the possibility of chemical intervention in production, which can lead the old Shan tea to an extinction.</span><span lang="VI" style="font-size:11.0pt">
Details of the work are provided in the enclosed TOR.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
