<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">We are seeking for National Expert(s) to review and develop a tool kit “Efficient Land Use and Management” to build capacity for civil society organizations, grassroots land policy implementers, mass-organizations
and commune mediation committees (CMCs).<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The assignment is under the Project Secure Land Rights for All - Giving Ethnic Minorities a Voice; (L4A), funded by the European Union (EU) and Helvetas Germany, co-implemented by Helvetas Vietnam and LANDA/CCRD.
The goal of project is to contribute to the effective promotion and protection of land and forest resource rights of ethnic minorities in Cao Bang, Nghe An and Hoa Binh provinces. Through the project support, LANDA member organizations and CMCs will be resourced
to support marginalized communities to claim their land and forest resource rights and to pro-actively participate in land governance processes.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
