đáp ứng nhu cầu của các nhà đầu tư nước ngoài và các doanh nghiệp đầu chuỗi trong nước. Dự án phối hợp với các tổ chức trung gian tại Việt Nam như các Hiệp hội doanh nghiệp, trung tâm hỗ trợ sản xuất và các đơn vị xúc tiến DNNVV và thông qua các mạng lưới
