<strong>Position: International Program Development and Capacity Building Specialist </strong></p>

REACH Vietnam is a local Vietnamese non-government organization specializing in vocational training and employment for Vietnam’s most disadvantaged youth, including those with disabilities. It was established in 2008, and currently runs vocational training
courses in five centers across Vietnam supporting up to 1,100 disadvantaged Vietnamese annually coming from all over the country.</p>

REACH is searching for an International Program Development and Capacity Building Specialist to fulfill the organization’s Strategic Objectives of Development. </p>

<strong>I. Tasks</strong></p>

<li style="text-align:justify">Support in order to develop project proposals and establish essential networking, </li><li style="text-align:justify">Capacity building to report narratively according to donor guidelines and in an impact-oriented manner and mentoring in reviewing reports to donors, answering questions, asking the team to fill in missing data and make initial
corrections</li><li style="text-align:justify">Strengthen capacity to gather information according to needs, relevance and analyses, process, and publish it in a way that is appropriate to the reader/listener/audience</li><li style="text-align:justify">Mentor REACH staff to write success stories</li><li style="text-align:justify">Train REACH Staff on PM&E concepts, approaches and methods</li><li style="text-align:justify">Conduct Participatory adaptation, testing and definition of PM&E processes.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Build capacity to systematically incorporate concepts such as self-empowerment, gender equity, do no harm, etc., into project work and report accordingly</li></ul>

<strong>II. Expected outcomes</strong></p>

<li style="text-align:justify">The fundraiser and finance manager of REACH receives relevant information for proposals and proposals appropriately developed to submit to donors.</li><li style="text-align:justify">All reports to donors of REACH’s work are according to their standards and provide qualitative description on REACH’s its impact</li><li style="text-align:justify">Number of stories in different formats (video, pictures, print) on the website tell about the work of REACH, how lives of vulnerable youth and their families have changed</li><li style="text-align:justify">Project monitoring processes are defined and described in a manual</li><li style="text-align:justify">Staff members have defined tasks and objectives in project planning, implementation, reporting and documentation and apply them</li></ul>

<strong>III. Position requirements:</strong></p>

<li style="text-align:justify">Qualification: degree/post graduate in ) in program management, M&E, fundraising, communication or related technical field of expertise;</li><li style="text-align:justify">Experience: 01 year experience of fundraising, communication, program management, M&E, capacity building, or related technical field of expertise in an international/local non-profit or consultancy firm is highly desired;</li><li style="text-align:justify">Understanding: approaches of self empowerment; gender equality, need and result based M&E, funding trends</li><li style="text-align:justify">Skills: <br>

<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;</li><li>Training of approaches and manual development</li></ul>
