in accordance with Chapter 15 of the EVFTA to resolve trade disputes between Parties. According to Decision No.1201/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister approving the Plan to implement the Free Trade Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam and the European
Union (August 6, 2020), Decision No. 1175 / QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on the appointment of a focal department to implement the Free Trade Agreement between Viet Nam and the European Union (August 4, 2020), and Decision No. 2055/QD-BTP promulgating MOJ’s
Plan to implement Decision No. 1201/QD-TTg and Decision No. 1175/QD-TTg (October 2, 2020), MOJ is assigned to conduct research on developing an Arbitrator Selection Mechanism for the Dispute Settlement Arbitration Panel under Chapter 15 of the EVFTA.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
