<p class="Default"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">The Resilience Fund for Women in Global Value Chains is seeking experienced and knowledgeable individuals to serve on a short-term Peer Panel that will guide the Fund in making
grants to women-led, grassroots organizations</span><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"> in Vietnam.
</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">The panel will be made up of 5 nationals of Vietnam who can speak and read English, come from women-led and community based organizations and/or women with experience with the Fund focus
areas. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="Default"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="Default"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">There is an honorarium for helping the Fund team review applications and advise on decision making. The likely time commitment will be about 40 hours between late May and September
2022. The Fund is an innovative approach to charitable giving in which funds pooled from corporate partners are invested in women-led organizations that are doing essential work on reproductive health and gender-based violence.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
