The Prime Minister’s Decision 1719/QD-TTg dated October 14, 2021 on the National Target Program for Socio-economic Development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in 2021 – 2030, The Project 8: Realizing gender equality and solving urgent problems for
women and children” is implementing under the lead by Vietnam Women’s Union. The project 8 will replicate 1800 champion of change clubs, the model initiated and piloted successfully by Plan International Vietnam in 5 mountainous provinces to promote gender
equality, meaningful participation of children, girl and boy into the issues related to children, especially issues related to early child marriage, child abuse and gender- based violence.

<p class="MsoNormal">Under project “Girls’ leadership in promoting children rights”, Plan International Vietnam will provide technical support to Women’s Union in replicating 1800 Champion of Changes Clubs in 43 provinces under project 8. Plan International
Vietnam is looking for consultants to review and revise the existing guideline on establishment and operation of Champion of Changes Club to be adaptable and applicable in local context, where project 8 is implemented.<o:p></o:p></p>
