is a 5-year, €15m national programme in Viet Nam to be implemented from 2023 to 2028. The programme is funded by the International Climate Initiative (IKI) of the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer
Protection (BMUV). SNV Viet Nam is the prime recipient of the funding and leads the preparation and implementation of the programme in consortium with the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN), United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP),
and the International Centre for Environmental Management (ICEM). The Ministry of Environments and Natural Resources (MoNRE) is the national partner for this undertaking. The VN-ADAPT programme design has been approved by the IKI. The Programme currently undergoes
a final review lead by MoNRE to secure support by relevant ministries and provinces.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
