 *Thư Mời tham gia Tọa đạm Thảo luận về Luật về hội và Luật tiếp cận thông
tin*

Quốc Hội nước CHXHCN Việt Nam đã ban hành Nghị quyết số 718/NQ - UBTVQH13
ngày 2/1/2014 nêu rõ việc cần thiết phải soạn thảo và thông qua Luật về Hội
và Luật tiếp cận thông tin trong năm 2015 và 2016.

Hưởng ứng tinh thần của Nghị quyết, PPWG mong muốn tạo nên một không gian
mở và bình đẳng cho mọi chủ thể từ các nhóm thiểu số đến các chuyên gia
pháp lý, các nhóm cộng đồng, cơ quan soạn thảo Luật, các NGO trong nước và
đối tác phát triển tham gia và trao đổi ý kiến về Luật về hội và Luật tiếp
cận thông tin.

PPWG muốn mời tất cả các tổ chức và cá nhân quan tâm đến việc xây dựng Luật
về Hội và Luật tiếp cận thông tin đến tham gia một buổi tọa đàm và cùng
trao đổi về phạm vi, cách tiếp cận, những cơ hội và kế hoạch hành động để
có thể phối hợp đóng góp xây dựng hai Luật này.

 *Invitation to workshop on “**The Constitution’s implication for Human
Rights protection and the development of Law on Association and Law on
Rights to access information”*

The national assembly issued the resolution 718/NQ-UBTVQH13 dated 2 January
2014 to implement the Constitution which includes the development of a Law
on Association and a Law on Rights to Access Information in 2015 and 2016.

In order to facilitate dialogues among various actors from minority groups
to legal experts, community based organizations to drafting teams, national
NGOs and development partners, PPWG would want to create an open and
inclusive space for all to engage and exchange views on these two laws.

Therefore, PPWG would like to invite organizations and individuals who are
interested in the development of Law on Association and Law on rights to
access information to participate in a meeting to discuss scope, approach,
strategies, opportunities, and action plan to coordinate advocacy efforts.
