Dear subscribers to the Vietnam's Marine and Coastal Environment mailing 
list,

Our team at the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre moderates this mailing list on 
behalf of international NGOs in Vietnam. We would like to expand 
information sharing between NGOs and other interested partners involved 
in Vietnam's development.
