[wildtrade] New PSA: Be Smart! Tiger bone is not a magical medicine

Dear Sir/Madam,

The wild tiger population has declined dramatically in Vietnam over the past
few decades: according to experts, there may be fewer than 30 tigers left in
the wild. The consumption of tiger bone as traditional medicine is believed
to be one of the biggest causes of this problem, and a major threat to the
remaining wild tiger population. 

In efforts to reduce the demand for tiger bone in Vietnam, ENV has produced
various public service announcements, which aim to motivate the public to
protect Vietnam's few remaining tigers by refusing to consume tiger bone. 

The latest ENV's PSA features a number of people who tell the audience that
they formerly believed that tiger bone was a "magical medicine", capable of
curing their ailments, but have since come to realize that tiger bone
medicine was ineffective.
