Dear Sir/Madam,

After seven years of persistent efforts in working with authorities at both
national and provincial level, ENV has succeeded in helping shut down the
two remaining bear farms in Ha Long Bay, putting a stop to bear bile tourism
in Quang Ninh province, in the north of Vietnam. Furthermore, ENV's efforts
to remove bear bile products from the rest stops along the route to Ha Long
Bay which target Korean tourists, the typical visitors to the bear bile
farms, have also been successful, and the primary business partner in the
farms (also Korean) has been forced to close his traditional medicine shop
in Ha Long City.

For more information about this resounding success as a result of the
commitment of both the local Quang Ninh authorities and ENV to bear
protection, please the attached file.

Kind regards,
