The SOS Programme was successfully put in place for the 2013-2014 school year. We expect that approximately 30,000 children aged 12-15 years old and secondary school teachers will benefit from its message. A new species of skink was described and a butterfly species was found for the first time in Vietnam. An additional highlight of this quarter was the news that a large number of sea turtles were rescued and released; seven new otters and one pangolin were born at Cu Chi Wildlife Rescue Station. <br>

<p class="" style="margin-bottom:6pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Trong
Quý 3 năm 2013, Tổ chức WAR bắt đầu triển khai nhiều hoạt động giáo dục học
sinh bảo vệ động vật hoang dã. Sau Lễ Khởi động Chương trình SOS năm học
2013-2014, dự kiến sẽ có khoảng 30.000 học sinh trong độ tuổi từ 12 đến 15, và
giáo viên trung học cơ sở được tham quan Triển lãm Lưu động SOS. Chương trình bảo
tồn phát hiện một loài Thằn lằn mới cho thế giới và ghi nhận thêm một loài bướm
mới cho Việt Nam. Cũng trong Quý này, Tổ chức WAR đã phối hợp thực hiện cứu hộ
và thả thành công một số lượng lớn Rùa biển quý hiếm về thiên nhiên. Bảy cá thể Rái cá vuốt bé và một cá thể Tê tê cũng được chào đời tại Trạm Cứu hộ Động vật hoang dã Củ Chi.<br></span></p>
<p class="" style="margin-bottom:6pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Tổ
