Realizing the UN Convention on Rights of People with Disability and implementing the Action Plan of Education for Disable Children, period 2006-2010 and the following years with the inclusive and community-based orientation according to Decision 239/2006/QD-TTg dated 26/10/2006 of the Prime Minister, UNICEF supported and in collaboration with Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Partnership Coordination Unit/Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development organise a workshop on “Status and options of water and sanitation facilities for disable children at social protection centres and inclusive education schools”.
This workshop is aiming at providing and sharing information concerning people with disability, which has not yet been popularized, and providing proposed investment solution for assessible water supply and sanitation in the following years so as to meet the water and sanitation demand in social protection centers and inclusive education schools for disable children.
