You are requested to submit in both English and Vietnamese a proposal for service provision of external evaluation of the project entitled above. Your proposal could form the basis for contract between you/your team and AAV.
Your proposal should address the Terms of Reference (ToR) attached herewith which describes the requirements necessary to be met and includes, but not necessary to be limited to, the followings:
- A brief description of your experiences on projects in similar nature in Vietnam. You should also provide any other information that will facilitate our evaluation of your reliability and capacity to meet their requirements;
- A detailed description of your manner in which you would respond to the ToR;
- Any comments/suggestions on the ToR, information, support services and facilities to be provided by AAV;
- An overall quotation in Vietnamese Dong for all services to be provided.
Your proposal will be evaluated by the following criteria:
- The qualifications and competences of the personnel;
- Reliability, experience and capacity in similar field of the assignment;
- The approach in responding to the ToR;
- Total costs of your services.
Your proposal should be delivered to:
ActionAid Vietnam, Room A502, HEAC Building, 14-16 Ham Long, Hanoi, Vietnam prior to September 8, 2010.
The assignment is expected to be commenced in September and completed in September 30th 2010.
