The UNDP in Viet Nam seeks 01 International Individual Consultant to follow up project Strengthening the Capacities for Budgetary Decision and Oversight of People’s Elected Bodies in Vietnam: Phase II was launched in July 2009. The overall objective of the project is to enhance further the processes of budget oversight by the elected representatives, both by supporting skill improvement and by institutional strengthening. This objective is widely recognised as addressing one of the most important and serious elements of national and local governance in the country.
The project is in need of a highly qualified and experienced International Consultant (IC) to provide high level technical and policy advice and support to the PMU in the implementation of the project particular activities in the first quarter of 2010.
