They specialise in three key areas:
- Inner City Revitalisation/Urban Cultural Heritage (ICR)
- Housing Policy & Finance (HP&F)
- Sustainable Urban Management (SUM)
They are now looking for a National Development/Planning Expert to work in their office in Hanoi.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years experience in the related field.
- Entrepreneurial
- Good knowledge of the development sector in Vietnam
- Good and wide network in the field.
- Perfect English language proficiency (speaking, reading and writing)
- Open minded and flexible and willing to work in an informal environment
- Knowledge of Urban Issues is preferred
Main Tasks:
- To develop and implement Urban Solutions’ Projects in Vietnam and in the region.
- To give lectures and design and facilitate training courses.
- To prepare project documents, proposals and Expressions of Interest
- To identify new opportunities for Urban Solutions in Vietnam and the region
- In the long run manage the Urban Solutions representative office
