More than 16,000 poor families in Bac Kan province in northern Vietnam will receive a total of VND6.869 billion in cash from the Vietnamese government in line with Decision 102/2009/QD-Ttg. Bac Kan still remains to be a poor province with 103 out of 122 communes being the disadvantaged ones.
