CECEM would like to announce the training courses which will be held in May 2012 as follows:
1. Meeting/Workshop Facilitation Skills (2 – 4 May 2012)
Target participant: This course is designed for those who are responsible for meetings and workshops, such as office meetings, problem solving meetings, planning workshops and reviewing workshops, etc.
The purpose of the course: By the end of the training course, participants will be able to design, prepare and facilitate meetings and workshops effectively.
Training period: 3 days (2 – 4 May 2012)

2. Behaviour change communication for Climate Change (9 – 11 May 2012)
Target participant: The training course on Behaviour change communication for Climate change adaptation is designed to enable communication managers and practitioners to design and implement creative communication activities targeting groups and communities for sustainable behaviour change in adaptation to climate changes.
The purpose of the course: Participants will be able to explore different creative roles in communication activities such as directors, actors, masters of ceremony and facilitators, etc. In addition, participants will have practical experience in the role of audience or implementer of a communication activity for a target group suggested by the trainers.
Training period: 3 days (9 – 11 May 2012)

3. Project Monitoring & Evaluation (14 – 18 May 2012)
Target participant: This course is designed for those who are project officers and counterparts who are responsible for project management and implementation.
The purpose of the course: By the end of the training course, participants will be able to develop a participatory monitoring and evaluation system and coordinate project monitoring and implementation effectively, ensuring the achievement of project goals and objectives.
Training period: 5 days (14 – 18 May 2012)

4. Collective Action (2nd course): Market research & product development (30 May – 1 June 2012)
Target participant: This course is designed for those who are representatives of vulnerable groups or project staffs are supporting vulnerable groups in livelihood projects.
The purpose of the course: By the end of the training course, participants will explore overview about the theory of the market, distinguish between market research and product research and creative approaches to develop products.
Training period: 2 days (30 May – 1 June 2012)
