Social Development Training Center (SDTC) - Ton Duc Thang University would like to announce the training course on "ToT International Convention on Child Rights" with following overview:
Time: 22 to 24 March 2011 (3 days)
Venue: Ton Duc Thang University (98 Ngo Tat To St., Ward 19, HCMC).
Target participants: The course is designed for social workers, mass organizations, teachers from elementary to high school in charge and work directly with children/ youth.
Objectives:
At the end of this course, participants are able to:
- Understand the concept of International Convention on Child Rights: background, structure, principles…
- Identify 04 basic groups of Rights in the Convention.
- Compare the Child Rights in the Convention with the ability to meet organizations.
- Understand and apply the concepts, principals of active training method and how to conduct training session.
- Practice a training session on International Convention on Child Rights by active training method.
