Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung – Representative Office in Vietnam (RLS Hanoi) - one of six political foundations of Germany supports partners in developing countries striving for social justice, strengthened public participation and economic development of their respective countries – now is seeking for:
Accounting Assistant – 2 persons:
Working duration: Beginning of 11/2013 to end of 4/2014
Work requirement:
(1) The Contractor shall assist to fulfil the accounting work for RLS Vietnam Office, such as:
· Assist to check the correctness and validity of all financial documents such as receipts, invoices, vouchers of expenditures of RLS Vietnam office and store the original documents in a good order on a monthly / quarterly basis.
· Assist to collect all missing financial documents for the expenditures of RLS Vietnam office to ensure the time target of monthly financial report.
· Assist to complete the expenditure reports and other required reports related to finance, as well as budget plan for a certain period of time (quarterly, annually) for RLS Vietnam office, if any.
· Assist in banking procedure to fulfil money transfer & withdrawal and other work, if any.
(2) The Contractor shall assist to fulfil the project financial management of RLS’s cooperation partners in Vietnam, such as:
· Assist to check the correctness and validity of all financial documents such as receipts, invoices, vouchers of expenditures of the RLS’s cooperation partners in Vietnam.
· Assist to check the compatibility of the financial documents together with the financial reports of the cooperation partners in the excel file.
· Assist to check the compatibility of the financial report with the budget breakdown of the cooperation partners.
· Assist to contact the cooperation partners for further discussion and requirement on their financial reports.
· Assist in banking procedure to fulfil money transfer & withdrawal and other work, if any.
Type of Contract: Short Term Service Contract base.
Working schedule: 8 hours per day, from 9 a.m in the morning to 6 p.m in the afternoon
Service fee: negotiable
Just graduated students are preferable
