Brief:
For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) was established in 16 December 2014, licensed by Ministry of Home Affairs. It is a charitable, non-profit, social foundation; aims to improve physical and mental health of Vietnamese children, for a mighty Vietnam.
VSF has been implementing three core programs: i) School Nutrition Program; ii) Nurturing Talents Program; and iii) Health Care for Women Program. Besides, VSF often conducts many charity activities, such as: building schools in mountainous areas; building bridges and charity houses for poor households and children; sponsoring heart surgery program “Heart for children”, blood donation program “Red Sunday” and charity program “Tet for the poor”, etc.

VSF is currently seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position:
PROGRAME ASSISTANT
Report to: Coordinator
Workplace: Opera Business Center, 60 Ly Thai To, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi
Type of job: Full -time
Expected starting date: 01/12/2019
Duration: One year with possibility of extension
Main responsibility:
- Assist team in planning, implementing and monitoring of project activities
- Be responsible for performing general administrative tasks (such as preparing logistics for travels and events/meetings; sorting, screening and distributing incoming mail, pouch, fax and processing outgoing mail, fax, pouch; maintaining an effective office filing system, etc.)
- Support program officers in developing and implementing communications plans for programs/ projects
- Support communication officers in managing and updating the VSF’s websites and fanpages, or the relevant communication channels
- Conduct tasks required from line managers
Requirement:
- Dynamic, responsible, attention to details, strong passion for serving the society
- Skills: Good communication and presentation skills, and good organizational skill
- Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written)
- Education: University degree
- Work experience in programs/projects planning and management is preferable.
