GIZ Country Office in Viet Nam is looking for a local qualified candidate to fill the following position:
Administrative Assistant cum Receptionist
Duty station: Hanoi
Duration: Starting on 3rd August 2020 - 2 years contract with possible extension
Main responsibility:
- General administrative and secretariat support at the GIZ Office
- Support the organization of duty travel/transportation of office staff including the office management
- Support the logistic organization of events held inside and outside the GIZ Office
- Receptionist task: welcome guests, answer and transfer phone calls, mails, faxes
Minimum requirements:
- B.A. in business administration or related areas
- At least 2-4 years of professional working experience in a relevant position and in a multicultural environment
- Ability to communicate with and relate easily to both international and national colleagues;
- Ability to work with flexibility and under the high pressure of workload
- Be well-organized, proactive and have team spirit
- Good working knowledge of PC and modern telecommunication systems
- Excellent command of Vietnamese and English in writing and speaking; knowledge of German is an advantage.
