Overall responsibilities
Work closely under supervision of Program Manager, Vietnam to provide expert supports in General Administration & Projects. He/she will work closely with other staffs of Kenan Vietnam and report to Program Manager to support operation functions of the office and program go smoothly and efficiently.
Key tasks and responsibilities
1. Handle administrative tasks
- Responsible for the overall running of the reception operation.
- Make logistic arrangement including flights reservations, hotel and vehicle arrangement for project staffs, visitors/partners, donors, consultants, volunteers and interns and the project activities
- Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, and emails to local counterparts, donors or other related offices or agencies in Vietnam and Bangkok Office.

2. Handle finance and accounting tasks
- Check day-to-day expenditure to make sure all the payments are made and recorded properly and accordingly.
- Support in filing system of all F&A documentation.
3. Conduct research
- Find information and conduct research supporting for business development as assigned
- Translate document from Eng to Vie and vice versa
4. Project Supports
- Assist in organizing project training, seminars, workshops, etc. as needed
5. Perform other duties if required.
Qualification
- Young, talented under-graduated
- Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or related field
- Ability to work with a minimum supervision, exercise judgment, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Very good command of English especially English writing
