PSI Vietnam is now seeking a qualified agency to complete the job of production, placement and maintenance services for the outdoor billboards in various provinces across Vietnam. There are 3 separated projects that need this service:
- Production, placement and maintenance services of 45 one-sided outdoor billboards in Tien Giang and Dak Nong. Please find more information in the attached SVC17-17 A SOW billboard - 45 single Tien Giang & Dak Nong [2]
- Production, placement and maintenance services of 100 one-sided outdoor billboards in Thai Nguyen and An Giang. Please find more information in the attached SVC17-17 B SOW billboard- 100 single RH Billboards - Thai Nguyen & An Giang [3]
- Production and placement services of 80 one-sided outdoor billboards in Thai Nguyen and Dong Nai. Please find more information in the attached SVC17-17 C SOW billboard - 80 single hypertension billboards Thai Nguyen & Dong Nai [4]
Please study the details SOW and send us your quotation for all three projects or one separately paying attention to the followings:
- Use PSI financial proposals (attached [5])
- Submit Financial proposal (quotation) in sealed envelop
- Submit Company profile with copy of business registration, copy of 2-3 similar contracts and copy of last 3 year financial statement (no notarized copy required).
Quotation separately via one of the followings:
- Hand-deliver it to PSI office at 11st Floor, VinaFor Building, 127 Lo Duc, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.
- Send it via post to the above-mentioned address
The deadline for submitting technical proposal & financial proposal is 10:00 29 May 2017. Quotations which are not submitted by this deadline will not be considered.
