PSI Vietnam is now seeking a qualified agency to conduct Financial Audit Service Year End 2020
Could you please study the details in the attached file [1] and send us your proposals paying attention to the followings:
- Use information in attached file to prepare your technical and financial proposal in two separate files/document. Financial proposal should indicate lump sum package service charge including VAT and breakdown price detail
- Properly sign and stamp your proposals
- Indicate outside the envelop/email subject with: Technical/Financial Proposal “Financial Audit Service 2019 No. SVC-20-25”
- Send your proposals via one of the followings:
- Hand-deliver or via post it to PSI office at 11th floor, Vinafor building, 127 Lo Duc, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi during office time Mon-Fri 8:30am- 5:30pm

The deadline for submitting proposals is 17:00 Monday, 4th January 2021
Quotation which are not submitted by this deadline will not be considered. If it is sent via post, agency is responsible to ensure the postal arriving PSI office before mentioned deadline
