Project “Promoting budget transparency and people’s participation in budget management” is currently seeking for an expert consultant to be the leader of on-site survey team. The team will survey on transparency, accountability and people’s participation on Management of the state budget in the poverty and devolopment program in Hoa Binh and Quang Tri Province.
