Pact is recruiting a Chief of Party (COP) [1], a Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) [2] and a Consultant [3] for an upcoming USAID funded opportunity, Responsible Trade and Growth (Small and Medium Enterprises Integration). The project will focus on integrating Small and Medium Enterprises into global value chains.
