We are looking for a Vietnamese national for:
- Position: Child Rights Governance Program Intern
- Location: Hanoi
- Contract length: 6 months
Main Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and prepare for the payment and advance of the program team
- Support the team to review financial reports of sub-grantees as needed
- Support the team to prepare logistics for trainings, activities which will be organized by the team
- Support the team with some monitoring activities to partner organizations as relevant.
- Other tasks will be identified and assigned as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
Qualifications
- University degree in accounting, finance or related field
Essential
- Good spoken and written English language skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel are required)
- Getting familiar with program management in an international organization is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly and respond to multiple demands
- Effective communication skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
