The Climate Smart Community Based Disaster Risk Reduction in the Mekong Delta jointly implemented by Vietnam Red Cross, Australian Red Cross and German Red Cross in 15 communes in An Giang and Kien Giang plans to support the target communes with small-scale mitigation interventions.
The project is seeking a qualified short-term consultant to review the proposals. For further details, please see attached ToR [1].
