Request for proposals: Consultancy for Assessment of Legal Services for PLHIV and Key Populations in Viet Nam
United Nations in Viet Nam is looking for a team of experienced consultants to conduct an assessment of the legal services provided to people living with HIV and key populations.
A terms of reference is attached. Interested organizations/individuals should do the following:
1) Review the terms of reference.
2) Prepare a technical proposal summarizing the qualifications of the research team (CV of the individual researchers should be attached as an annex) and a description of the proposed methodology for the assessment.
3) Prepare a budget for the work. The budget must include all the cost of the services necessary to satisfactorily complete the tasks required in the ToR with break-down lump sums.
4) Submit the proposal to UNAIDS at [email protected] [1] and [email protected] [2] by 9th September. Ensure that the contact details of the organization/individuals are clearly included in the documents.
