The project “Improved manure management through increased utilization of manure including bio-slurry” aims to raise awareness among 4000 farmers in Vietnam about the benefits of using bioslurry and manure and to provide them the knowledge and skills to apply this to their own crops.
This project is executed under the livestock and manure management component of the Climate and Clean Air Coalition and will be implemented by SNV and the Biogas Program for the Animal Husbandry Sector of Vietnam.
BP PMU is now recruiting a manure management expert with a training background who will be responsible for developing and executing ToT training and to monitor the field based schooling activities. See the ToR [1] for details.
The selected candidate will need to be available from the 1st of June until the end of November. The total required time to execute all the activities is 5 months full time which will be spread across this period according to the needs of the project. From the 1st of June until mid-august the selected candidate will need to be available full time. The remaining 2.5 month will be spread evenly between mid-august until the end of November.
Each month consists of 20 working days, therefore this assignment will last a total of 100 days. National holidays are not counted as working days.
