Plan International is seeking for a consultant or group of consultant to carry out a Baselines survey in Ha Giang and Quang Binh province under the project “Safe school for Ethnic Minority”. This activity expects to carry out and finish within September 2016.
This Project is funded by aiming at increasing resilience to disasters and climate change in disaster prone areas for children and communities, particularly children with a disability and those from disadvantaged ethnic minority groups in Quang Binh and Ha Giang provinces, from 2016 to 2019.
