Driven by the vision that everyone has a decent place to live, Habitat for Humanity began in 1976 as a grassroots effort and has since grown to become a leading global nonprofit working in more than 70 countries. Operating as a branch of Habitat for Humanity in Vietnam for over 20 years, we have worked with families throughout Vietnam to achieve adequate housing, and have lasting positive change. Habitat for Humanity Vietnam (Habitat Vietnam) has been delivering a holistic approach to housing by supporting and empowering communities to take ownership in improving their living conditions and enabling them to have improved wellbeing, affordability, access to basic housing-related services, climate change resilience and self-reliance.
Habitat Vietnam seeks to engage consultant(s) to design, carry out and present the results of a context analysis of the housing ecosystem so as to have a deeper look into the Vietnam context. The Terms of Reference (TOR) can be viewed here [1].
