ActionAid is an international development agency whose aim is to fight poverty worldwide, supporting 25 million poor and most excluded people in 47 countries in Africa, Asia and the Americas in securing their rights and eradicating poverty.
Currently, ActionAid Vietnam is implementing a project of “People Participation in improvement of forest governance and poverty alleviation in Vietnam” (PFG - Vietnam) with funding from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Finland.
PFG – Vietnam Project Purpose is to promote “participation of the grassroots communities and people in national forest management information system as their rights to make forest governance accountable and contribute to poverty alleviation in Vietnam”.
In this project, a Mid-Term Evaluation (MTE) is scheduled in Quarter 4, 2016. ActionAid is seeking a well-qualified consultant for the MTE mission, which requires the selected consultant to work in Hanoi Office and travel to the project areas.
Starting date: 25th October 2016
Ending date: 5th November 2016
Mission report expected: 19th November 2016
Consultancy fee: Negotiable basing on experience and expertise, within the allocated budget

A proposal including technical and financial bid written in English should be submitted to ActionAid Vietnam by 17:00 pm Hanoi time (GMT+7) on 15th October 2016.

The selected Consultant will submit the original proposal in hard copies to AAV at the signing of the contract. The submitted Proposal in hard copy will be an integral part of the signed contract.
