Vietnam Forests and Deltas Program is seeking a consultant team to provide consultancy service for the Review of Provincial and District Land Use Plans / Planning Process in Nghe An and Thanh Hoa Provinces. Details are in the attached ToR [1] for this assignment.
Qualified consultant should send their CVs, an outline of the proposed methodology to accomplish the task and a timeline of the key steps to be undertaken during the consultancy (no longer than 3-4 pages).
