The Project “Capacity for The Implementation of International Human Rights Treaties in Vietnam” seeks a Consultancy Team or a Consultancy Firm to collect researches on human rights to update database on human rights research.
To promote the understanding and study of human rights in Viet Nam, a website on the topic has been established (www.mofa.gov.vn/humanrights [1]) providing general and basis knowledge of human rights to those interested in the topic. With a view to develop the established website that can not only provide human rights information but also serves as a database for researchers and students of the topic, under the framework of the Project “Capacity for the Implementation of the Human Rights Treaties in Vietnam” executed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in collaboration with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), an activity aiming at collecting researches on human rights to update database on human rights research, has been designed and to be implemented over all four quarters of 2011 that will compile all researches on human rights conducted by various institutions such as universities, research centers, state agencies... This database will be useful for the research institutions themselves, for their networking in the field of human rights and to better promote the human rights protection in Viet Nam.
To conduct this activity, Project plans to engage a consultancy team or a team assigned by consultancy firm consisting of two (02) national consultants. One of them shall be assigned as the Team Leader.
