Viet-Nam Assistance for the Handicapped / VNAH (www.vnah-hev.org [1]), a U.S. based NGO, is implementing the “Disability Rights Enforcement, Coordination and Therapies” project funded by USAID. Under this project, VNAH, in coordination with Social Protection Department – MOLISA, is seeking a national consultant to provide comments to the MOLISA sectoral plan on capacity building of MOLISA facilities for 2020- 2025 vision to 2030.
