Centre for Marinelife Conservation and Community Development (MCD) is looking for an consultant to conduct evaluation of the results of district-level capacity building on developing and implementing the Climate Change Adaptation Action Plan, within the framework of the project “Red River Delta Adaption & Youth” (READY), funded by USAID. - CVs of the consultant (s)
- A proposal of project evaluation plan
