The Project “Support to the implementation of the Resolution 80/NQ-CP on directions of sustainable poverty reduction (2011-2020) and the National Targeted Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction (2012-2016)" (PRPP). The Project is supported by UNDP with cost-sharing from Irish Aid is to provide technical assistance for Ministry of Labor-Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) and other related agencies at central and local level.
Based on the proposal of Poverty Reduction Coordination Office/MOLISA on upgrading the provinces’ highlights to a training hub level, this will be a good foundation for experience sharing and replication in the whole country. In addition, these initiatives will provide inputs to motivate MOLISA, the leading agency in designing NTP-SPR 2016-2020, to replicate good practices, creative and effective methods and prove their effectiveness, integrate lessons learned into related contents in the Program design for finalizing and optimizing the Program, contributing to rapid and sustainable poverty reduction in the poorest districts, communes, villages and ethnic minority areas.
Furthermore, training hubs that employ the aforementioned initiatives will be the best way to provide trainings to local staff through study tours and experience sharing and learning from agencies at the same level, staff and missions at the same level, on-sport feedback from local people so as to replicate good practices to other localities.
For the completion of this assignment, PRPP project needs to recruit 01 national consultancy team (01 team leader and 01 team member).
