Association for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (AEPD) is looking for a Consultant to assess effectiveness and positive impacts of AEPD's programs, activities as well as successful models in supporting the persons with disability through the feedbacks of beneficiaries, donors, local authorities over the past five years, to document as guidelines to be replicated and applied by other projects and organizations in and outside of Quang Binh province.
