Asian Management and Development Institute (AMDI) is looking for a consultant or a group of consultants to produce a documentation film about “Red River Delta Adaptation and Youth” (READY) strengthen the leading role of youth in making decisions and taking actions in CCA.
The Project is funded by USAID. Full TOR is available upon request.

- Initial idea for the film, methods and a detailed plan for implementation, and CVs of applicants in the team.
- Budget proposal related to film making.
- A full link to a complete film product about development issue of yours.
